Why do I need to send you my bank statements if my business bank account is linked to your software?

Linking up your business bank account to our software is a great way to speed things along—transactions are automatically imported into the software via a digital connection to your bank, which cuts back on processing time and gets you your reports and insights quicker! 

However, sometimes we do not get all the information we need. This could include missing transactions or balance info that doesn't match. If we need more information in order to feel confident that we have captured every deduction and revenue deposit accurately and complete your monthly bookkeeping, we will ask for a statement to verify!
