Our Tax Only and Starter plans includes one business income tax return. The form we will file depends on your entity type:
- Single-Member LLC or Sole Proprietor - Form 1040 with Schedule C
- Important Note: Your personal taxes are included on the same form.
- Multi-Member LLC - Form 1065
- Important Note: This does not include your personal taxes. Our team can file your personal taxes (Form 1040) for an additional $300.*
- S-Corporation - Form 1120S
- Important Note: This does not include your personal taxes. Our team can file your personal taxes (Form 1040) for an additional $300.*
- C-Corporation - Form 1120
- Important Note: This does not include your personal taxes. Our team can file your personal taxes (Form 1040) for an additional $300.*
Plus Plan
Our Plus plan includes one business income tax return and one personal income tax return. The form we will file depends on your entity type:
- Single-Member LLC or Sole Proprietor - Form 1040 with Schedule C
- Multi-Member LLC - Form 1065 and one Form 1040
- Important Note: We can provide additional personal income tax returns for partners for $300.*
- S-Corporation - Form 1120S and one Form 1040
- Important Note: We can provide additional personal income tax returns for partners for $300.*
- C-Corporation - Form 1120 and one Form 1040
- Important Note: We can provide additional personal income tax returns for partners for $300.*
