How Do I Cancel My Membership?
Vyde is a month-to-month membership, so you can cancel our services at any time. We're grateful for the opportunity to serve you and would love to work with you to find a solution that works best for your business, but we also understand if that means canceling our service. That's why we make our cancelation process simple.
To cancel, log in to your Vyde dashboard. On the top right corner click "my profile" and "view profile" and under your subscription tab you can cancel your membership.
If you are unable to log in to your Vyde dashboard, please reach out to our team at
billing@vyde.io. Clearly state that you would like to cancel your account and provide us with your name, email, and your business name, and our team can cancel your account for you. This may take up to two business days.
Once your account is canceled, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.
